Marietta Town Center Sauna

Marietta Town Center Sauna expects all guests to follow our policies to ensure a safe, calm, and respectful environment for everyone.
Violation of any policy may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund or compensation.

The following policies outline our expectations of all visitors and will be strictly enforced.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • All guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry

  • Photos of IDs are not accepted

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to enter

  • This is a women-only facility. Entry is restricted to women only.

BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

All guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

The following behaviors may result in immediate ejection without refund:

  • Disruptive or unruly behavior

  • Inappropriate conduct of any kind

  • Discrimination, harassment, or offensive language

  • Making other guests feel uncomfortable

For the comfort and privacy of all guests:

  • Public displays of affection are not permitted

  • Loitering in restricted areas is prohibited

PERSONAL ETIQUETTE

  • Please keep voices low, especially in sauna rooms and relaxation areas

  • Maintain a clean environment and return towels, amenities, and shared items to their proper locations

  • No jumping, splashing, or reckless behavior in pools or wet areas

  • Respect personal space and sauna etiquette at all times

Our facility is inspired by traditional sauna culture—mutual respect and awareness of others is expected.

ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES

  • Intoxicated guests will be denied entry

  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use sauna or steam rooms

  • Outside alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances are strictly prohibited

  • Possession of prohibited substances will result in immediate dismissal without refund

CELL PHONES & PHOTOGRAPHY

Cell phone use is not permitted in the following areas:

  • Sauna rooms

  • Locker rooms

  • Shower areas

  • Relaxation areas

Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited in locker rooms and shower areas.

Please remain mindful of others’ privacy at all times.

DRESS CODE

  • Proper sauna attire is required at all times

  • Facility-provided uniforms must be worn in designated areas

  • Swimwear must be worn in pool areas

  • No thongs or overly revealing swimwear

Indoor shower areas require nudity. No exceptions.

Footwear is not permitted inside sauna areas.

FACILITY USE & ACCESS

Marietta Town Center Sauna reserves the right to:

  • Close or restrict access to any area without notice

  • Limit facility access for maintenance or safety reasons

No refunds or discounts will be issued due to limited access or temporary closures.

Any damage, misuse, or neglect of facility property may result in:

  • Immediate removal

  • Financial responsibility for repair or replacement

Guests with medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before using sauna or pool facilities.

SERVICE FEES

  • All spa services include an automatic 18% gratuity

  • Gratuity amounts may be adjusted without prior notice

REFUNDS & GRACE PERIOD

Admission Fee

  • No refunds after check-in

  • A 20-minute grace period is offered for a full refund if no amenities are used

  • If amenities are used during the grace period, a 60% refund applies

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Missed or canceled appointments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time

LOST LOCKER KEYS / WRISTBANDS

  • Guests are responsible for their assigned locker key or wristband

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged keys will incur a $35 replacement fee

  • All outstanding balances must be settled before departure

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • All personal items must be stored in assigned lockers

  • Ensure lockers are securely locked

  • Marietta Town Center Sauna is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Lost & Found items will be held for up to 14 days.

  • Bags larger than 10” x 12” are not permitted

  • All bags are subject to inspection

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Firearms, weapons, or explosives

  • Pepper spray, mace, or chemical agents

  • Sharp objects or knives

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Alcohol or outside food and beverages

  • Animals or pets

FOOD & BEVERAGES

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed

  • All food or drinks must be consumed or discarded prior to entry

ILLNESS & HEALTH

Marietta Town Center Sauna reserves the right to deny entry to any guest with:

  • Contagious illnesses

  • Skin conditions

  • Any condition that may compromise hygiene, safety, or guest comfort

POLICY CHANGES

Marietta Town Center Sauna reserves the right to modify or implement new policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of all current policies.
