Admission & General Policies

By purchasing an admission pass, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions, as well as our general rules and regulations.

Spa treatments, specialty services, products, and food & beverages are available at an additional cost.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter alone. A valid government-issued ID is required.

Use of Website

By accessing, using, or viewing the Marietta Town Center Sauna website (www.mtcsauna.com) or any of its services, functions, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Gift Cards & Admission Passes

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

  • Gift cards do not expire

  • Gift cards and admission passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable

  • E-gift cards become active within 48 hours of purchase

  • Do not attempt redemption prior to activation

Marietta Town Center Sauna is not affiliated with other spa or sauna locations. Gift cards or passes from other businesses or locations will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or altered gift cards or admission passes.

Marietta Town Center Sauna reserves the right to:

  • Void gift cards or admission passes suspected of resale or fraudulent activity

  • Deny entry or service related to suspicious transactions

  • Refund suspicious transactions back to the original payment method

  • Request additional information before releasing orders

Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. Customers may be responsible for price differences.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Feedback

Any comments, suggestions, or feedback submitted regarding our website, services, or products become the property of Marietta Town Center Sauna and may be used without restriction or compensation.

Disputes, Refunds & Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree not to file chargebacks or disputes with your credit card provider for services or products purchased online or at the facility.

20-Minute Grace Period Policy

  • Guests may receive a full refund if they leave within 20 minutes and have not used any amenities

  • If amenities are used within the 20-minute period, a 60% refund of the admission fee applies

No refunds, discounts, or rain checks will be issued due to:

  • Facility crowd levels

  • Noise level

  • Weather-related closures

  • Room or equipment issues

  • Sauna or water temperature preferences

Governing Rights

Marietta Town Center Sauna reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or facility constitutes acceptance of any changes.
